What a masterpiece! I recently represented buyers who had this property under contract but it is now back on the market for someone seeking a Florida Lakefront Estate that is ABSOLUTELY ONE OF A KIND! I completed a significant amount of due diligence under the previous contract. We brought in my top crew of inspectors and contractors, and have researched zoning, local water management issues, lake water quality, insurability, flooding, schools, etc. The property checked out very well with only a few issues to report. The previous buyers may consent to passing along their inspection reports for reasonable reimbursement, but as a matter of course I always recommend buyers obtain their own, independent inspections.
