Holly and I "backed into" the real estate business somewhat by accident. We bought our first fixer-upper (a turn of the century bungalow) about six years ago, and absolutely loved the renovation process. We then began investing in single family rental homes and now own and manage rental homes throughout Central Florida.

We've "flipped" properties, purchased and sold using 1031 exchanges, owner financed several transactions, and even tried a few lease-options.

Our professional backgrounds in law, engineering, construction, and finance combined with our hands-on real estate experience uniquely positioned us to open a real estate brokerage that is different from most.
