The 370 acre lake features clear, greenish waters and a hard sandy bottom throughout most of the lake. The lake is one of the few Orlando lakes that has maintained a consistent water level during our recent periods of drought. While other lakes in the Central Florida area have docks that are completely out of the water currently, the picture to the left (taken Feb '08) shows a very healthy waterline. | Clear Lake is located south / southwest of the Downtown Orlando area and this creates for some stunning evening views of the Downtown skyline from properties along the western shore of Clear Lake.
