There are a lot of buyers out there who have a very specific idea of what they are seeking in a lake and the more information your agent has on your lake, the more likely they are able to match your home with a potential buyer - Is your lake part of a chain of other lakes? If so, this should be advertised.
- Does it have a reputation for particularly good crappie fishing during the winter?
- Is there a deep spot that holds bass during the dog days of summer?
- If its ecologically challenged - has your agent inquired with local officials as to current plans for stocking, cleaning, demucking, etc?
